First-order delivery: what to expect
A first order and a repeat order do not have the same opening dispatch conditions.
Build the opening history
On a first catalogue order, the first four payments build payment history before dispatch. Repeat orders can be dispatched without that first-order waiting period, subject to the partner shop’s terms.
Do not assume an arrival date
Dispatch eligibility is not a delivery promise. Stock, address checks and the partner shop’s delivery arrangements still matter. Ask about a selected item if timing is important.
Urgent essentials need a backup
If you need a replacement immediately, consider a safe temporary option. Do not assume a new catalogue application will solve a same-day need.
